Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Made Before 7 Days of Booking

    Bookings cancelled more than 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date will receive a full refund.

  2. Cancellations Made Between 7 Days and 24 Hours Prior to Booking

    Bookings cancelled between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled booking date will receive a 75% refund.

  3. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Booking

    Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking date will receive a 25% refund.

  4. Transaction fee will not be refunded.

  5. Reservation fee is non refundable.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the booking time has passed.
  • Certain promotional or discounted bookings may have specific non-refundable terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
